  1. Does anyone have pic'of this cabin.I think I may have picked the wrong cabin from what I am hearing this cabin is smaller than the other aft cabins

Go to Carnival ? whatever ship name, Then deck Plans, then deck 7, then click on cabin number, Then details and 360 degree room views. It will tell you that it has a chair and desk, but no mention of sofa and table. Look at the 360 view, no sofa or coffee table. The balcony is still big, but i was very disappointed in room size on the Breeze a couple of yrs ago. If you are paying extra for an ext aft, you should get a good ext aft. The ones next to it are the same amt of money.

  2. Ext afts 7427 and 7424, next to the wraps do not have a sofa or coffee table, making them smaller than the other ext afts on Deck 7. Go to Carnival Triumph, Deck Plans, deck 7 and click on these cabins. The details so not include sofa or coffee table, so they are considerably smaller cabins. The balcony is still a larger balcony. My Dh and I got stuck in one on the Breeze and were very disappointed in the cabin size, as we always book ext afts. Sometimes even the PVP's don't know about this, so do your own homework. I don't know if this occurs on other decks, so investigate the cabin details. I didn't like the Breeze cabin at all and no PVP told me it was smaller. Be aware when booking.

  3. I booked almost same itinerary for 2018.We got a aft extended for 1 st time 7333. Are the balcony's hot or shaded? Is there a lot of vibration/movement? How about privacy? Looks like your neighbor can look onto your balcony. We were on Sunshine 2015-2016 New Years cruise and loved her then. Thanks !

For future ext aft cruisers on Deck 7, 7324 and 7327 are smaller than the other ext afts on Deck 7. There is no sofa or coffee table in those cabins and the tv can be in a weird place. The balcony is still big, but I was def disappointed on our Breeze ext aft cabin a couple of years ago. Even the PVP's sometimes are not aware of the cabin differences, so check yourself on the Carnival website. Go to Deck Plans for your ship, click on the cabin and then Details and if it doesn't say sofa and table you have a smaller ext aft.

  4. Been on 7 cruises with NO.8 coming up. They have all been on Carnival. I am always thinking about booking a diff cruise line, but nothing is appealing to me. This upcoming cruise is a Journeys Cruise and I am looking forward the the Throwback day and other interesting things, I love John Heald's blog on Facebook. I always book an ext aft and I am mesmerized by the wake. I always want to book one of the diff specialty restaurants, but I can eat at two of them for lunch free. I am not a tight wad, I just don't believe in throwing hard earned money away. I love the people on Carnival, I love my balcony, I love the food and the ports. I even had a Mex Riviera Cruise that stopped at NO ports due to Swine Flu epidemic and I was upset. Carnival did right by us: free drinks, OBC and 50% off next cruise, I made lemonade out of lemons. Someday I might stray to another cruise line, but for now I am loyal to the whale tail.It gives me chills. I also don't consider my self a Walmart cruiser, but I do shop there if there is a bargain. Have a great day!

  5. Anyone use this tour in St. Thomas? It is highly rated on Tr__ Ad______.

We just want to sight see as we would shop in St. Martin. Are they punctual and do they serve rum drinks? How did you pay? Pay in full upfront with credit card or do you pay when you get there? Thanks for your help!

  6. Would love to take the Godfrey Tour, just shopping and sight seeing. It says on his website he will bring you back to the ship by 2pm. Are his times accurate? My ship leaves at 3pm and I am a little nervous about missing the ship. Just a paranoid cruiser, Several yrs ago did a partial submarine tour and I believe Coral World. we paid through the ship about $60pp. It was the worst tour ever. Someone threw up on the sub and they cleaned it up, but the smell followed us throughout the sub ride. The water was cloudy and we really saw nothing I realize these things were not the cruise ships fault, but again the worst, expensive tour I have ever been on in my past 7 cruises.

  7. I would say def smaller, even though it says comparable square footage. This will be our 8th cruise, all in balconies and most in ext afts. It was def a tjght fit for 2 people in that smaller ext aft. Also the tv can be in akward places in these smaller ext afts. I saw one over the head of the bed so u would watch tv laying at the foot of the bed.

  8. Upcoming Sunshine cruise, 1st port is San Juan on a Sunday from 3 to 11pm. What is there to do in this time frame. I think the rum factory closes at 4PM. Might not be able to make this due to time constraints. Any suggestions would be helpful Thanks.
