with that said there is no difference in either a balcony room or mini suite and spa balcony or spa mini other than location and access to the thermal spa so with that said it’s $200 per person to just buy the package so watch what you did based on that 

The good news is on the encore the vibe is  expanded than other ships and since it has not sailed yet any pricing will just be an assumption as no official pricing yet

yes encore looses spice h20 but still should have plenty of outdoor space plus has the waterfront

Yes u are basically above ocean blue and the water front area that side is the quieter side but it also is the cigar side and might get some smell from it you’d should be fine as to noise as the water from is more of a quiet relaxing place well except for like the Mojito bar area can be noise at times 

I have stayed deck 9 above the Italian place never had noise issue

It’s a supply and demand deal basically and done by a 3rd party vendor 

basically you can be accepted or denied up to 48hrs prior to sailing 

example of insides sell out and balconies are slow selling they will upgrade a bunch of insides to balconies to then have more fast selling insides to sell

but again a upgrade bid is no  guarantee and no choice or changes if you win and a winning bid this week may not be a winning bid next week

As a Travel Agent I will say hands down if you are looking at the bliss for Alaska it is the better choice 

minutes are upgrable to unlimited for a fee

3 meals per 7 used anywhere except food republic is limited and for only guest 1&2 in the room

and the shore is per port $50 for the room not credit to account till after excursion is completed 

Since your far away watch for price drops especially after final payment and maybe you can upgrade for same price or few dollars more

It is very common for no info this far out yes you feel 24hrs but all cruise lines have there own weather and logistics teams that closely monitor. Also yes they can be sailing the same route but that only means same scheduled ports they change path in ocean to the port which could miss the most of the storm

No you buy they hold till last night of cruise and then delivery to you

basically any category ending in X. ( IX OX BX MX) are gty and no perks there are times based on inventory and how ship is sellling NCL will offer gty in other categories if that is what you are booking then you me the qualifications to get perks allowed for said category

As a travel agent we are trained to say it basically this way if location is important don’t pick a gty if it’s all about price pick gty with that said depending upon which ship you can determine what’s bad and good and guess your chances like some ships have some more that are not best rooms than others

It can be good to some bad to others it represents a guarantee of a room in said category ( balcony) for example Ncl will choose its location based on there needs and 99% of the time you cannot change the other pitfall to some people not all is it does not come with perks like ultimate beverage package or dinning

the app for NCL BLISS will be Norwegian

the folks on the transatlantic say it is still being finished and not 100% yet they say they heard not 100% till around 1st alaskan

I have been in the escape haven have only seen epic pics so kinda one sided

but you will not be disappointed yes has on lounge and bar has a upper level under cover sun area and has outside sundeck area front right corner of ship infront of vibe very spacious all ways found a server walking around taking care of us

For this to be a fair comparison you would have to compare same ports same sailing dates and so on apples to apples
