In the last line of the fine print at the bottom of the cancellation email, you can find this: "After you have booked your new cruise, please use this link(available until ~ 28 Mar '22) to provide us with the booking information so we can process your FCC." I did our rebookings through different channels but then always used the link in the email. One or two weeks went by and we got the confirmation that our FCC had been applied including the correct amount of OBC.
  2. For me it is still working - but only for the overpriced spa treatments. :-(
