    I agree, I applied a few hundreds (E giftcard) to paid for our drink, the last day I have some left, went to guest services to cash out, they only able to give me some, not all, I don't know why, they explained I have to use it as credit for future cruise, i don't mind at all since I plan to book the next one, but it's so confusing, I asked them to return to me as Giftcard, but she said she will give me some number or code, when I book the next cruise I can give to them to get my credit back, I gave up, I went to casino cash out some more, and save some on the card for our drinks that night. Next time I would moved myself, my sister and her husband in one room so we could buy cheer, (my brother in law drank 8 per days, so cheer would benefit us)

  2. Thank you very much for the review. I would if we go Disney again, my kids was crying when we left the ship. But I plan to book with carnival panorama for August 2020. I noticed you have two booking. Do you have any suggestion for the location? Each room would be 4 people, since our kids won't stay in their own room. Thanks again, and I'm hoping to see your next review with the panorama in dec 2019.

    I just got back from the imagination, we arrived at the port around 11:15, we didn't have FTTF, we send our luggage with the porter, when we got in the terminal, they been calling zone number 4, we got zone number 6, we were onboard less than 10 mins, (only a few people there at that time) We did have a few problem, we had to see guest services before boarding, my passport keep showing up old number, my kids passport keep show up wrong expiration date, I called carnival tech to fix last month, but been told somethings wrong with their system, it will be fine, but it were not, staff at the port very helpful.

    We got some candy for the kids, this morning my son open the box, he said the box open very easy, and the plastic inside we're rip open, the candy had been tamp. My kids knew, so they won't eat. They just sad, I will need to check the rest of the candy we got at the fun shop.

    Penny, your room steward is super friendly, and he always there whenever we need him, I wasn't so lucky, my room down the hall, with different Steward.

    Yesterday when we were about to leave, water were coming down from the celling at one of the room near my sister room, I think around E110, just a few door down right after the hallway. We didn't say bye to Penny, he were so busy helping the people in that room pulling out their stuff,

  4. My parents are purchasing Carnival gift cards for my birthday through their AARP account. They do not have the option to have them sent electronically. Or basically I can’t find that option. I purchased a couple last week and it was automatically sent. Please help. Thanks!

  5. I used carnival bus before, they don't have washroom. If you arrive at the airport, you will need to go to your luggage pick up area, and find carnival employee there to give them your names, and wait until the bus full. It may help if you can ask them estimate time when the bus leaving so you can go washroom before boarding the bus. I was waiting for the bus, when the bus arrived, still have to wait for more passengers..

  6. Last night I bought $300 for $270, I was in a hurry didn't look at the website, in the end when I saw, it was too late. They charge me $270 plus shipping $25 total $320. I bought E gift card , no shipping fee, and somethings wrong, their system couldn't do the math, I called this morning, talked to a very nice lady, she help me get my refund $50, and promised to get it investigate since I still need to buy more.

  7. I was on the cruise a couple year ago, we were watching sail away on lido deck. A big group stand near my family, after they left, I saw their camera on the table, so I stand there waiting for them to come back, but they didn't, I found a crew member told him the big group was there, and they left it behind, I hope he turn it in GS. Don't judge me, I was worry if I took it to guess service, other people may think I'm stealing it.

  8. Glad to know that I am not the only one with an inspection routine! My brother in law stayed in a VERY nice NYC hotel a few years ago and came home with bedbugs galore in his suitcase. It took my sister in law forever to get rid of them out of her home. Now whenever we check into a hotel I have to take up the corners of each fitted sheet and inspect the mattresses, and we keep everything off the floor and in garbage bags. My sister in law now has a black light and I was considering bringing it on the cruise.

     

    I really hope everyone says no.

    I'm worried too, I always check around the hotel, do you think putting luggage inside a clear garbage bag will help? And what's the black light your sister in law is using? I booked four point Sheraton this summer, my sister did some research, she's been worried because other guests reports they have it last year. Thanks

  9. Update - Dining time issue has been resolved!

     

    As of this morning, we have a confirmed dining assignment for both cabins. Woo hoo! Again, many thanks for all the helpful suggestions.

     

    There are still a whole bunch of weird things happening with vanishing and reappearing drink packages, wifi and bottled water orders. That stuff probably won't get resolved before we sail, but hopefully we won't end up being charged twice for anything. So now...it's time to pack!

     

     

    Congratulations, I hope you have a great vacation! If you are around the duty shop, can you please take the picture. (I just want to know the alcohol price). But if you are busy, please don't bother. Thank you

    I got the screen shot of that fare, with my room, $20 price adjustment, and that fare also come with $25 OBC , they would not honor that, they said because I didn't mention that fare come with $25obc , so they won't honor, and I lost my room now, I moved to e207

    The agent tried to bluff me, said carnival reserve the right to move when the room didn't have right number of guest. Lol, the room I got now is 2 twin bed, 2 Pullman, and a trundle bed. I'm waiting for their manager to call me on Monday

I booked a ov room for 4 people, (2 twin bed, 1 Pullman and a trundle bed will be provide when there is a 4 guest) , today I check, carnival moved me again, the agent tried to bluff me, told me that the room have 2 Pullman, and a trundle, so it's for 5 people, lol, I told her look at the deck plan, it doesn't have 2 Pullman, I'm waiting for their supervisor to call me back. My room is gone, they tried to put me under theatre, and dinning room, I don't want that .
