If anyone is currently on board or getting close to embarking I would be forever grateful if you could ask the photo people how to get pictures after you disembark. So far Holland America has provided me with an email address that bounces back and I've had zero luck getting these family photos. Thank you to anyone who can help!

We purchased some family photos while onboard (the charge shows on my statement). The photos were in my Navigator app, but now there is no photo section. Does anyone know how I can get these photos? I have emailed Holland and called, but gave up after an hour of being on hold. Thank you for any help!

I also thought it was $25/day/person, so I was surprised by the cost. Our cruise is 7 days. I do know the cost only applies to the first and second guest, so it may be possible they don't charge a full day for the final day. I took the club orange upgrade and ran without asking questions once I saw my cabin change on my account!

I agree with everyone talking about Club Orange! This week I upgraded by VH room to a VB on NS with a HUGE balcony (cabin 4156). The total cost of club orange was $280 for myself, my husband and our kid. Upgrading from a VH to a VB for $280 is a great win!!
