My husband and I usually book a guarantee room. Right now we are waiting for our cabin assignment for 3 b2b2b cruises totalling 50 days. -
Please wait until you hear from HAL. We received $600obc for booking a different European cruise this year when our June sailing got canceled. We had a long list of voyages to choose from. God bless Lee Ann

No it's only for onboard. I agree, it would be nice to use it to book excursions or dinners early but not allowed.
