jbpinkie & hubby, So very sorry to hear of your continued isolation and that you truly did not get to enjoy your cruise fully. Hopefully, you are both comfortable in your hotel and receiving the medical information and care you deserve! It's wise to have as much info about your mandated isolation as possible. I believe all isolation's after cruises and otherwise need to have a signed order from the local public health officer & that you would have received a copy of this order. The King County Public Health Officer and Chief of Communicable Diseases for Seattle/ King County is Jeffrey Duchin. County number is 206-296-0100 and website to email is www.kingcounty.gov We live in a county adjacent to King and wanted you to know what we know. Wishing you good things to come.

We also take a kit bag with all essentials we might need for an illness on board including thermometer and O2 sat meter. We also travel with Covid test kits. We just enjoyed a fantastic 21 day Panama Canal cruise from Miami to Seattle on the Encore and returned on May 8th. We had what we needed over this time for minor illnesses but noticed that the small store area did not have anything in stock to sell as I overheard fellow cruisers request band-aids, Pepto, cough drops, cold meds, Advil or Tylenol. The sales staff told cruisers to go to guest services or Medical but they didn't know if guest services had those things. We're gonna keep lugging our own stuff even though it does take up suitcase space. Best wishes to all of you & safe cruising!

Hi there! My husband and I have been in the Haven on both the Bliss and the Encore. We were very spoiled! Our most recent cruise was 4/17-5/8/22 Panama Canal. Fabulous! The Haven on the Encore is virtually identical to the Bliss. We cruised on the Bliss in the Haven 3 times so far, a Panama Canal cruise and twice to Alaska. I would rate them equal to one another on these beautiful ships! We have occupied a penthouse, a two bedroom villa and most recently an owner's suite. Beautiful surroundings, extremely comfy bed & bedding, very gracious staff, delicious food & entertainment and wonderful itinerary. Enjoy!
