I can't find prices anywhere on their web site. I can't even seem to put in the code correctly. Anybody know how much?

You will need to call or email to book through them directly.

They came up as an excursion option with Carnival one day and  I marked it as a "favorite".  I came back to book it and it was gone. I emailed to check availability and they are sold out for the entire month of April 2019.

I don't recall the actual cost but it was competitive with other tours.

I should have booked it - lesson learned!

  2. Looking for a vendor that has boat/facilities that may be more accommodating to older guests. Not looking for disabled access just easier on the shoulders and hips.

I have been looking at boats that most seem to have the typical fold down ladders to give water access and can see it being a problem to one in our group..

I was there years ago on a catamaran that had a set of stairs that dropped down mid-ship providing easy access but can't remember the name of the company.

I found one that has a back section that lowers into the water but they are already booked through the month of April 2019.

I think we are going to do it for our upcoming cruise mainly because I know that if we don't I will numbers crunch every time I order a drink and probably hold back and not fully enjoy myself. ... For me, the drink package is for piece of mind and knowing that I am neurotic and will otherwise be calculating the cost of each drink all trip long!

    My thoughts exactly!

  4. We are flying in a day early for our cruise and will be staying overnight at the hotel. We want to rent a car at the airport and return at the port or downtown Miami. Any advice as to which location and rental company?

I was looking to do the same and used "Hotwire" to find a good rate used a "one way" rental with pick up at Miami airport and drop off at Miami downtown. Budget has a location at 89 SE 2nd Street with a free shuttle to the port when you drop off.

  5. My wife and I wanted to try the aft-view balcony and when we booked on the Carnival Magic only cabins on deck 6 were available.

We since learned that the cabin was right above the Spotlight lounge. Concerned about the noise, I have been checking every now and then and just found a deck 7 cabin open up. I grabbed it before it was gone and was able to swap out without any charge.

    I hope/assume I made a good move.

  6. Carnival is making a ton of changes to the ship deck plan and sometimes the booking system is not always up to date. I booked a regular cabin when i first booked my cruise and just recently i noticed it was a new connected cabin

To the OP, check this site: https://help.goccl.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5438 and click on your deck. Itt should tell you the sleeping arrangements for your cabin. This ship is more updated then the deckplans.

I tried to check but site had timed out. Trying to check sleeping arrangements for cabin on Magic. Could you assist?
