  1. I don't know when you are sailing, but I am going to be in 18036 beginning of November. will not be able to give a review until then. I like the bump out as previously mentioned. I like looking at people, not being looked at.
  2. @luckyinpa Thats $1700 p/p with no benefit and not an ocean view balcony. I looked at a 4 night from port Canaveral on other cruise lines. RC was $3300. That's more than I am paying for YC
  3. I cannot say in comparison to non-yacht club if the extra expense is worth it. I have only sailed on MSC as non YC. My cruise in NOV. will be my first YC cruise. But when I compared the cost to the other cruise lines, in terms of what I am getting for the money (drinks, wi-fi, priority embarkation/disembarkation, etc), it's less expensive than the other cruise lines.
  4. Howdy all! I know the daily planners are not set in stone, but I am going on a 4-night cruise in November on the MSC Seashore. Looking for daily planners to get a general idea of the parties for each night. Also, would like to see how often they do trivia. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!!
  5. My wife and I are celebrating paying off our mortgage, and have decided to "splurge" (still less expensive than an RCCL or Carnival cruise) for the Yacht Club. A first for us. I know we get a bottle of liquor in the stateroom, but do we get a bottle of choice? We want gin. Can we select the gin we want, or do we just get the gin they give us. Thanks! As a side note we are sailing 11/3/24 out of Pt Canaveral on the Seashore.
  6. I have sailed Disney, NCL, RCCL and MSC. I have no loyalty to any brand. I am getting ready for my first MSC YC experience. I have never done the equivalent on any other line. I think MSC is a good product for the money spent. The ships are beautiful. I have had great service 99.8% of the time (i just wanted a bloody Mary for trivia, ugh). I know many people don't like the lack of "American" food at the buffet (its a great way to try out that "weird lookin" stuff lol). The pizza, best of any cruise line. They make their own mozzarella ON THE SHIP!!!!!. Main dining food is good, not great, but still good. other than Disney, i would say the same for MDR food on the other cruise lines. I will say the lack of availability of food throughout the ship can be a problem (not even free food at the sports bar? that's just nuts!) Watch some youtube videos and know what to expect. That will help frame your mind for the experience.
