We will be cruising to Alaska in June 2022. Curious about COVID testing options in the Seattle airport and any thoughts about this trip.

I missed my connection in Seattle on an Alaska cruise. Flew into Juno directly and ended up being great as we had extra time in Juno to see many things. Insurance covered the extra's.

I was not able to get anything. In previous threds many people thought the beds were hard and brought their own foam pads or other things to make sleeping more comfortable. I brought my own and I am glad I did. Beds were very hard in my opinion.

I was able to bring a 12 pack of soda and a case of water in my carry on without any problem.

We have been on many cruises. The timing and itinerary work for extended family to go on the Liberty of the Seas. I am nervous as there are many mixed reviews. Any thoughts in this ship for a group that are experienced cruisers?
We just returned from a trip on Liberty. We enjoyed our trip. We went on excursions to Stingray City in Grand Cayman and The Jewel which is an all inclusive golf, beach, and water park in Jamaica. The Jewel is pricey but we had an awesome time. Overall the food is about a 7 out of 10. Stick to the MDR as opposed to Wndjammer which is just too busy for me.

Do you think RCL has staff review the Cruise Critic boards? You would think so but I am not so sure.

I will be bringing a pad but what a pain!

I was wondering how many rough sea days you experienced on your world cruise. Do you "get use to" the movement on the ship?

Some hotels will let you park for free during your cruise and will pick you up and drop you off at the port if you stay at the hotel.

I know this is a cruise site but you might want to consider a trip to Big Bend National Park over spring break. As long as you book lodging in advance, the temperatures over spring break are great.

Cruises on Carnival can be packed with Spring break kids. Try RCCL if you want a lower number.

Do they enforce the weight restrictions for the river tubing adventures?

The decline in food quality seems to be a frequent topic of many people on Cruise Critic. What steps are being taken to address the complaints?
I also have seen many complaints about upselling of specialty dining on Cruise Critic. I know I would be annoyed with this tactic. What steps are being taken to address this issue?

We will be cruising on Liberty of the Seas in March and read that some people think the beds are hard. I do not like hard beds and trying to determine if I need to bring a foam mattress.

I would also like information about whether the bids are hard. Should I bring my own padding?
