Have you all considered taking a tour? There are a few companies that will pick you up, take you on a tour and keep your luggage with you throughout the day and then drop you off at a hotel afterwards? Why not combine a tour with tranfer? Here is a great option: Have Wild Lime Adventures pick you up at the POM, take you on their part day tour (#1 on their website) and drop you off at Port Everglades. Great value and great idea to use a tour as a transfer as well.
