    I’m not a great fan of Murano.  The last cruise we had we ate in Murano and it was a very soso experience.  Was not impressed. I was so disappointed as I had good memories of wonderful dinners in there before.  I don’t think I will go there again.

  2. Love that you went to the opera in a Singapore. Nice to get into town early and My DH would agree to that also. We went to see La Traviata when in Sydney at the Sydney Opera House. It was a wonderful bucket list thing to do. Nice to go early to departure town and see the city. We usually do this also. Have a great cruise.  Wish we were there too. We loved Sydney when we were last there. Louise

  3. I did read some of the thread and will stop now.  I don’t think it is at all helpful to continue to complain about things not going to happen anyway until it goes to dry dock. I see complaints on most of the cruise companies.  All are struggling to come back from the pandemic. Sorry if you think we should keep beating this dead horse into the ground. Everyone is entitled to their own experience   . Mine was positive. I will continue to sail on Celebrity. Our stateroom was fine and kept pristine by the attendants. L

  4. We were on the Millenium just before they upgraded and just after.  It was like on a new and different ship. It was fabulous. 
    that being said we were on the Eclipse last October. We were also in a SV and were  happy with it.  I really didn’t notice that it was shabby at all. I guess I don’t really look for that. We had wonderful cabin attendants that kept it clean and comfortable.  We had an awesome time. Loved our cruise.  I’m sorry that it wasn’t up to your expections. That really sucks when you spend good money and don’t feel you get what you paid for. Hoping your next cruise is good.

  5. I’m so happy to read another Norwaylady review. I’m enjoying your trip with your mom as I am thinking about going on a cruise with our daughters. I want to go with them while I’m still good at walking and have no limitations. Enjoy your trip together.  Looking forward to the rest of your B2B. Love the picture of your mother and you.  She is quite young looking too. My daughter and her family are going on a Scandinavian tour in June and dpending some time in Norway.

    We were on the ship as it transferred to AU. The opposite of your cruise. It was a great cruise.  My husband was worried also about all the sea days but we managed to fill each day.  Loved the cruise.  Tahiti was beautiful. Loved New Zealand. We glad Sue Denny as our CD.  She was fabulous.  We liked this so well we are signed up for the Solstice TP next year from Sydney to Honolulu.  It is a different itinerary stopping in Fiji and Samoa. Looking forward to this cruise next April. Have a wonderful cruise.  It will be great.  Louise

  7. Love the Millie. We were on her just before the revolution. And also we’re on her just after the revolution. Love this ship. My DH can be talked into any cruise as long as it is on Celebrity M class. He loves this ship. We love cruising on the M ships. We have been on the infinity, constellation and Millenniumand the Summit.  . They are all great cruises. Loved the change with the revolution. We enjoyed the food and the whole experience. We prefer M class ships. We have always have had Goode experiences on ourcruises on M class  ships.

  8. As long as you have verification from your TA that you have the premium alcohol pkg it is fine.  Celebrity never had my husbands alcohol pkg and our Wi-Fi. Just showed them our invoice from our TA at Guest relations it was taken care of. Our AI never showed up on Celebrity before our cruise.  I wouldn’t bother calling Celebrity as I tried to get it straightened out ahead of time and I couldn’t get it done. Celebrity told me to call my TA and the TA said it was all there.  Just remember to have a copy of your invoice that shows the package along with you. Have a great cruise.

  9. We had AI on our transpacific in October. I upgraded to premium but my DH wanted to stay with the classic. My beverage package showed up on the app but my DH had nothing on his card or on the app. I had called before we sailed about it. They said they couldn’t find my DH beverage pkg. I called a couple time and also called our TA. Anyway when on board I went to customer relations and I had our invoice and they just said it sometimes happens.  They also didn’t have our internet pkg either.  It didn’t take long to fix it and had no more problems after. Just be sure you have your invoice with. I found it was easier to fix on board than be frustrated by calling them.
