I would not worry about it.
Having said that on our Summit Cruise there was a screw up and drink packages were not on the seapasses of 60% of the guests on the ship. The line for CS was all the way up the stairs and into the Martini Bar. They did end up giving those affected an OBC as an apology.
Thanks Jim. I wasn’t too worried but wanted to avoid a trip to CS on the first day. I appreciate your answer. Louise

We have the same problem. We have AI and I upgraded to premium alcohol but DH didn’t want to. Our express pass shows my PALL but no beverage package for DH. I called Celebrity because I wanted to be proactive and not have to figure it out onboard. They said they couldn’t find it and to call mt TA. I emailed our TA and she contacted Celebrity and they had all our perks. I called Celebrity to confirm. They again told me they couldn’t find it. I have all our documentation so I guess I will fight it out on board. It was just a hassle. When we had dedicated Captains Club representatives I never had a problem. They were so proactive with problems. Now I felt that they thought I was just disturbing them. There should be better communication between TA and Celebrity. Not sure if it computer systems that can’t talk to one another. Take care.

Totally enjoying your trip. We get on the Eclipse in Honolulu when you get off. Really looking forward to our cruise and appreciate all your info.

We ran into this on a South American cruise. The excursion had a limit of 70 and we were a little over but still active with no health problems. It was an excursion we really wanted to do. I called Celebrity and they just signed us up for it. No problem. This was about 6 years ago. So maybe they can override those restrictions sometimes. We had absolutely no problem on the excursion.

We were able to get seats right after we added our flights to our trip. It was on United and just got the confirmation number and was able to pick our seats. This was 2 months before final payment. This was an international flight. Good luck. If you have a confirmation number try or call Lufthansa.

On dining select is anytime dining and traditional is choice of two different times. If you want traditional and were given select you can call celebrity to get it changed. They have limited spaces in both times. I’ve also been able to change when I got onboard. Enjoy your cruise. We love the Millenium.

No you don’t need to pay to use that pool. The thermal spa is for Aqua guests but they sell day and weekly passes. The thermal spa has steam room a sauna type room and also warmed seating to relax after doing the spa. On the Millenium it is enclosed and small but we have enjoyed it. On the Solstice ships it is located in the front with gorgeous ocean views. Very relaxing and enjoyable. You can get a tour by going to the spa desk and look at it before you make your decision.

I was feeling better for our Transpacific Cruise to Japan in September because they just put out excursions for Japan this week. Now you have me worried again. It is a mostly sold out ship so will be interested to see if this goes. This is our 3 time trying to go on this cruise. Louise

We just got our boosters at CVS. They put it on the back of the card because the stickers for the first two doses took all the room on the front.

Is the helipad area ever open to commoners or is it VIP only?
In know it is accessible on some of the RC ships.
We have been up many times when we were in Oceanview, Balcony and Aqua. We are Elite though.

I went to guest relations and they told me to call the medical office to get the results from 7/9. No problem. We got those results before dinner.

For those looking for Icelandic yarn and not finding it on your excursions or wandering I saw it at one of the stores at the KEF airport as we were departing. Didn’t look at price but probably expensive as everything was there. We were at the airport early as we had stayed 2 days after debarkation and wanted to beat rush. We had no problems at the airport. Great vacation.

So we were above the tender being let down. It wasn’t too bad and it didn’t last long. My husband took pictures as he is always fascinated about the workings of the ship. We think it is super convenient place. It has been a super trip with great weather. Great sights to see. Iceland is awesome. Today is first day of rain. So sorry to see it end.

I am so appreciating all this wonderful information being reported! I have a question regarding arriving at Keflavik airport, specifically on Delta if possible. What is the approximate amount of time between being actually outside in the elements and entering the terminal building. I understand you don't actually get off on a jetway, but must actually be outside for a period of time.
We came in on a runway. Not outside. Directly in terminal. Then. Down steps and another set going up. We came in on Delta.

We are on the 7/3 cruise. Just got an email from Viking that details very carefully the expectations and when each needs to be done. Very clear instructions. Thank you to Viking.

I also will not cruise unless all are vaccinated. I read that to get around Florida law, it will be voluntary to show you vaccination status. However if you don’t you will be treated as non vaccinated. You will have to wear a mask at all times and pay for any covid test they do at the end of the cruise where for vaccinated it is free. Also you might not be able to get off the ship in places that don’t want anyone who is not vaccinated unless they go thru isolation. This might give someone pause. Not sure how they will enforce it. This is only for those who have had access to vaccines not under 12. We will see how things pan out.

I was on hold with Delta for 4 hours and then it took them 8 hours to get back to me a couple weeks ago. I consider an hours wait not too bad. I think a lot of the problem as they haven’t really upstaffed for the amount of people who are trying to fly now. Good luck all. Wishing all better experience.

I bought those yellow rain pants for both DH and me also. We will be seen and can find each other in a storm.

someone quoted 50% (450 vs 930 full capacity)
I specifically asked when I booked our Iceland trip and also asked Tellus when they called me back about another question I had and both said they thought it was at full capacity.

Just booked Iceland. Canceled a fall cruise I was sure wasn’t would go. Very excited to get cruising again. Louise and Jim.

We have been in 6901 on the Infinity many years ago. It was indeed larger. My husband loved it. Very convenient place as it is by the middle elevators and you can see the ocean because of all the glass around those elevators. I feel if you want an inside cabin they are the best for location and size.

We had AI on our transpacific in October. I upgraded to premium but my DH wanted to stay with the classic. My beverage package showed up on the app but my DH had nothing on his card or on the app. I had called before we sailed about it. They said they couldn’t find my DH beverage pkg. I called a couple time and also called our TA. Anyway when on board I went to customer relations and I had our invoice and they just said it sometimes happens. They also didn’t have our internet pkg either. It didn’t take long to fix it and had no more problems after. Just be sure you have your invoice with. I found it was easier to fix on board than be frustrated by calling them.
