We are on June 16 cruise out of Vancouver to Whittier. We’ve cruised many times with Celebrity, Royal Caribbean and Princess, we are new to HAL. We booked direct with HAL, and wish I would have booked with a travel agent since it is so hard to get any information out of HAL regarding this cruise/tour. their website is by far the worst site to navigate. I had so many questions re: 3 day Denali add on, you really have to do your own research and be your own advocate. my friends tell me that HAL is best for Alaska, I’m hoping for the best.

We received a notice from HAL regarding our wilderness tour in Denali. We are considering taking the shorter tour, any advice about this? Thanks in advance

Can I purchase laundry package online, we are cruising Alaska on Nieuw Amsterdam in June, final payment has been made, yet I cannot see where I can purchase the package before sailing.

We booked the Mckinley Lodge Denali add on after our Alaska cruise, ( this was booked directly through Holland America) There is no information on the website concerning meal plan/costs/options for this post cruise stay. I called HAL today, she verified that there is nothing on the website but quoted me a price for breakfast meal,plan and full meal plan. I questioned her about the lack of information and details, she just apologized. Can someone educate me on this? This is our first cruise on HAL

Is this tour on HAL excursion list? We are adding Denali 3 days on our cruise and do not see this on our excursion list. We are not interested in small plane/helicopter excursions. We enjoy hiking.
