  1. We are sailing from Washington State on a 7 day Alaska cruise, on day 6 we will be in Victoria,British Colombia. We are U.S. citizens. I am assuming we will need our passport to board the ship at embarkment. Am I assuming correctly? And would we need any other documents?

We sailed out of Baltimore in December 2022 on another line(currently it's RCCL and CCL who home port in Baltimore).  The port facilities are a little spartan but OK.  Parking is right off the dock and convenient.  With age, have learned that $20 for a porter is a bargain when it comes to debarkation.

We cruise NCL for their specialty restaurants and having a ship within a 5 hr drive is attractive to us.

How much was parking at the port ? We sailed out on carnival about 20 years ago and it was free parking but now I hear you have to pay

Can you please find out if they have Pickleball on the sports deck?
Some cruises have it, some don't and we want to know whether to bring our paddles!
    Thanks!

Will check for you even though I don’t know what it is. Lol

Hope you have a great time. Have been on the Escape 6 times out of NY.  Would be interested in knowing the names of as many of the senior officers as you can find out, as well as the name of the concierge.

    This is what I have

Keep us updated. We are leaving on 2/12 and want to know if only people with NCL excursions are allowed off the ship in Tortola and St. Thomas. Thanks

We are at st Thomas port as I type this and will be able to get off ship. Here and Tortola

Refreshments were offered along with some snacks. First  time in the Haven and it is wonderful. We are in the Haven courtyard 18124. Absolutely beautiful and crew are very happy and friendly. If only the weather was nicer here at port Canaveral 39 degrees this morning. So far as I know all ports are a go. Getting ready to sail off in a few minutes.

I got a email 1/26 in the evening from AA saying they had a weather alert for our flight on 1/29 (day of our cruise) said we could rebook at no charge for a flight on 1/28 but had to go through ncl ( everything was booked with ncl). Called ncl and they said they would send a request to AA for a change and would get back to me with a answer. Never heard back from ncl and went to check cruise docs and my flight was changed to the 28th. Had I not looked at docs and saw the change on my own, I would have never known. Never received a email, phone call , nothing.

Sorry, let me reiterate, just checked my junk folder and there was a email informing me of flight change from ncl

@surfone it's right in the promo terms that it's a CREDIT.

    https://www.ncl.com/termsandconditions/promotions

Deviation requests up to 2 days pre/post cruise will be credited $25 USD per person per deviation for guests 1 and 3-8 on the reservation.

We are scheduled to fly out on Saturday 1/29 and arrive at Orlando @11:30  then need to transfer to port (45 minute drive). I am guessing we will get to port around 1 or 1:15 and be on ship by 2. Cutting things really close. ( everything has been arranged by ncl btw). I guess my question is, are you saying I can change my flight and go Friday a day early?
