My Stockperks experience and timeline. On April 7th I submitted my stock OBC via the APP (PLAID as my brokerage firm was not located). On April 13 I was notified that my submission was confirmed and processed. On April 13 I redeemed/submitted my stock OBC giving booking # and date of sailing etc. On April 16th the stock OBC was posted to my shipboard account. Hope this helps.
