Give Zaandam some time. Staffing is an issue everywhere; not just cruise ships. Crew has to quarantine 10 days after reporting on board. They get tested frequently, if not daily. I think we’ve eaten in the Pinnacle once or twice for lunch. Not eating in the dining room for breakfast doesn’t ruin my day. Besides, with lots of tours upcoming on VOV, we don’t have the time to linger 90 minutes over breakfast. TV doesn’t look that bad. My Kindle is loaded & all I want is some access to news. The Navigator App will get me thru our days on board. We also walk around the Promanade 1-2X a day to prevent weight gain. Enjoy your cruise.

We were on the NS for 3 wk Feb-Mar. Our cabin was about 10’ from quarantine area but we’re told all unoccupied. One time as I was leaving, a couple came thru the “Staff Only” door & got on an elevator. I assume they didn’t want to walk around to starboard to reach elevators. Getting our 2nd booster in 10 days. Doing the RT VOV in July/Aug.

We will be on Zaandam for VOV. I assume we need the ArriveCAN app bc we stop in Labrador & Greenland & Nova Scotia. So sick of all requirements needed to be done days before departure. Just let us sail…….
