First time on MSC and I am booked in an Aurea suite on Seashore. What do I need to know to get the most out of my experience? I do not think Seashore has an atrium for Aurea guests but does have a thermal spa?? Any other exclusive spaces? I can dine anytime in I believe the Manhattan dining room? Can I go anytime to the other dining rooms? Are reservations still a good idea? Priority boarding. Anything else?

We are cruising the Seashore on the upcoming Apr 12th sailing. Our first time with MSC, on past cruises we have always booked our airport transfer with the cruise line, however I have not found an option to do this on our upcoming cruise. Does MSC usually offer transfers to airport post cruise? We are sailing out of Civitavecchia.

What I meant is I am looking for a group tour, not a private one on one type of tour. Ideally get picked up at the port with a group of 15 or so and stay with that group for the day.

We are onboard the MSC Seashore April 12th departing Rome. We want to see Pompeii while we are in Naples port, however the only excursion offered by MSC is an "On Your Own" tour. We'd like to have a guide. We are bringing our kids 14 and 11. I was told to check out Shore Excursion Group dot come website; just wondering if anyone has used them or if any one has another recommendation? Also not interested in a private tour option.

First time cruising with MSC, was pricing out our trip for the past couple of days and then tonight went to book and the price went up. Did I just miss the mark? Or will the old price come back? Should I just pay the extra before it goes up again? Not familiar with MSC prices continue to go up closer to sailing or down?

That’s the problem, NCL booked us on two separate airlines, which issued two separate tickets. Are they on the hook if we miss? I feel like they should be….I have asked them to change our second leg to the next day and we would overnight in London but they are refusing. It’s frustrating, and I don’t want to be the one purchasing a overpriced ticket home.

We fly in on Sky Express and out on Westjet. Terminal 2 to terminal 3.

So I took a closer look at my NCL 2 for 1 flights. They have me changing airlines in Heathrow with a 1hr 45min layover. Concerning to say the least. NCL says they only need to give us 90mins and are refusing to help us. I called WestJet our second leg airline and they agree we won’t make that connection in that airport but say they can’t change it. We are now considering traveling with only carry on (bummer) but if we still miss that flight will NCL cover the extra fare to get us home?? Westjet says it’s not on them as it wasn’t book through them directly and we wouldn’t be enroute with them yet. I have always heard NCL will make sure you get to your cruise if you book airfare with them, so they also make sure you get home?? I really just want to spend the night in London and have peace of mind. We sail out in 27days.

We have the free at sea beverage package for our upcoming cruise. For me this is fine as I like the occasional beverage, my husband however does not drink. Anyone know of you can request a different (cheaper) beverage package. I know my husband would much prefer the Starbucks package.
