Are there reliable taxi's or uber's at most of the ports in the Carribean? We dock in St. Thomas, St Maartin, St Lucia and Barbados. Would like to grab a ride at these ports. Thanks

We will be docking in Genoa next month. Can you just walk on your own or should you do an excursion for this port? I read that the port itself was cool. ty
