If you go to this Bermuda Bus Routes and Schedule website you can sign up to get alerts regarding any bus cancellations.

I've been getting the email alerts twice a day for the past few weeks. The Express bus from the Dockyard is cancelled almost every day. Be careful of bus routes before 8 and after 4:45 to/from the Dockyard. They seem to be cancelled most often. Won't be long and we'll be there!!!

    Good morning.

I can't seem to find a good phone number to redeem my points?🤔 Any help would be appreciate! Thanks.🙂

Last number I have for them is 1-800-954-4077. I haven't called them since covid so I'm not sure if the number changed.

  3. The cups we used to receive were gone long before covid. I still have several of them. I even have one (a red metal Coke cup) from when NCL had Coke products before it switched to Pepsi products and of course is now back to Coke again.

i know ive gotten pushback when ive tried to use the concierge.  I believe its the same one used by Haven guests but they reallly dont like to extend this benefit despite it being listed.  I assume very few ask about it since like the "pre-cruise service desk" its vague.

The Latititude Rewards "Concierge" for upper level Latitude members is the Cruise Next team - not the Haven Concierge. That is probably why you got push back. They should have explained that to you when you tried to use the wrong person.

Beautiful pictures… would you happen to know if there is any wi-fi available in the Taino Bay area?

I was on this cruise along with the OP. Yes, there is free Wi-Fi available all over the port area. We sat at the pool and logged in. You have to log in for 30 minute increments. Worked much better in AM before everyone in the port logged on. It remembered us when we returned on the way back.

Trust me I have been all over every inch of that page and there are no cruise-related rewards listed anywhere.

Well they are all there for me. The list is there and all you have to do is follow the directions at the bottom of the page.

So, do you ever see it in your account, or is it sitting somewhere behind the scenes? We received the email saying it would be posted to our account after our current sailing (which ended November 17th) and nothing appears in our account.

You won't be able to see it but your TA or NCL can see it. Make sure you tell them to use it when you book a cruise, or want it applied to a currently booked cruise within the 1 year time limit. No harm in calling to make sure it is there even before you are ready to book.

How long does it take to receive an email confirming the FCC once you request it?

If you are asking from the time you originally ask for FCC for a price drop after FP, it is usually 7-10 business days until they approve or disapprove your request. No email telling you it has been applied to your account after your cruise is completed.

Thanks to this posting, I too see this on my account.  I wonder, just wonder, are any of you entitled to the new 10% discount for military service.  Since I recently applied for that, is this an artifact of that new discount that NCL's now applies to any mock booking I run.

I had the offer but now it's gone! Hubby is also Diamond and did not have the offer. We are both eligible and registered for the 10% Military Discount. Would have been nice.......

I received an email telling me I’d get this credit in the form of a FCC and it would be in my latitude account after the cruise ended.

You won't be able to see it but NCL and your TA should be able to see it. Keep a copy of that email with the amounts just in case they have trouble locating your FCC when you are ready to use it. It must be used w/i one year of the date of the cruise you 'earned" it on.

They gave me a FCC of $473 already but standard balconies on the Sun for mid December just fell another $400 per person.  So I just mentioned to ‘em.  We’ll see what happens.

Good luck! I asked for reconsideration of our $1200 FCC each when the cruise went down an additional $4000 while I waited for their initial response. I got their response within minutes of emailing them. Their response was sorry - one adjustment per cruise after final payment.

Is the one-year limit a "sail by" date or an "apply by" date?  Thanks!

Both - must book and sail w/i one year. Quote from my email: "These credits will be available for one year to book and sail, upon completion of your current sailing 05/29/2022."  Date quoted is the date we disembarked.

I have a cruise booked for Feb 23 and August 23. If I get FCC can I apply it to the August 23 cruise.  Right now I am waiting to ask for the FCC since it only can be done once.

Yes, you can apply it to an already booked cruise as long as it is within the year. The FCC actually reduces the price of the cruise vs being a credit on your statement. I used all of ours (4 including hubbys) on the same already booked cruise. I read now that if you accept an upgrade you forfeit the FCC but do not know if that is true or not.

When did the credit given for a price drop after final payment turn into an FCC that is not issued until the cruise is over and that has to be used in a year?  My recollection, which may be faulty, is that (pre-pandemic) you used to get some OBC that could be used on the same cruise on which the price dropped.

It's new since restart. FCCs entice more bookings which NCL needs desperately. The amount of the FCC has changed over the past months from 50% - 25% back as FCC to now 100%, one time per reservation. We got some on both our Jan 22 and May 22 cruises which we are using on the Jan 23 cruise.

OBC generated from the purchase of CruiseNext certificates may be used to offset the cost of the certificates themselves.

Correct but as I stated above that is the only NR-OBC that can be used towards the purchase of the CNDs. We used to be able to use ALL OBC including Shareholder OBC to purchase CNDs so in effect NCL was paying for our whole CNDs. Can't say I blame them with their current financial status but it was nice while it lasted.

  16. OBC earned by purchasing any Cruise Next Deposits is considered Non-refundable OBC. Only the OBC earned by this purchase can be used towards it's purchase. All other Non-refundable OBC cannot be used in the casino, for daily service charge, for gratuities for any persons onboard (Butler/Concierge/Room Steward or anyone else) or to purchase CNDs. Disallowing Grats for crew & CNDs went into effect earlier this year.

So when I tried to make a reservation for both Cagney's and Le Bistro  for my upcoming cruise in February the website would not take it and kept repeating "error"  please try again.  When I changed one to La Cuchina it booked without any problems.

Were you trying to make multiple reservations for both Cagney's & LeBistro? The system would not let me book either twice (Dining package & Diamond dinners) so I had to call to make the "second" reservation at the restaurants I wanted. The system doesn't know whether you are booking dining package dinners or Latitude dinners so the change in the Latitude dinners did not stop you from booking both...the new single reservation per specialty did.

Just off the Prima and we had NFL football on Sunday (all 3 games), Monday and Thursday.

Where did they show the NFL games on the Prima? Anywhere on a big screen? We will be boarding next week and want to watch the Eagles beat the Cowboys Sunday Night.

So, to clarify.....I can put $1000 on the AMEX card and the balance on another card (that has insurance attached).  Correct?

Yes, all you have to put on the AMEX is $1000. Doesn't matter what you pay the rest of the balance with. Just make sure if you are depending on another card for your insurance that it doesn't require you use the that card for your entire trip in order to be insured. I know my SW card doesn't care but my AMEX does.

@Juncti as @jenf22answered as long as you both have the offer you can both use it.
