Could be.. it WAS quite a while back…over 20 years…

Wasn’t he the one with a beautiful voice who would entertain with his singing from time to time?

We have never used VIP Shuttle for a shuttle per se but once when in Miami and we ran into a problem, they were very helpful--even tho we were not their customer. For that reason, I would say that they are a good, reliable company and if in Miami in the future I would certainly use them!

I would take CK...the one on the kids menu! BYO pickle.

Do the math of the cost of two packages and it might be cheaper to be go ala carte.
Our son and daughter in law were with us on our Alaska cruise -- he wanted the drink package, and she didn't want the refreshment package.
Since she's the financial comptroller in their household, he was allowed a budget of whatever the drink package cost. Think of it as the Dave Ramsey Envelope System for Cruising.
Somehow, he came in well under budget. Win-win.LOL, I love the analogy and creative thinking here!

Yes, the menu varies. One of the best things to me is that your food is hot when you get it and service is excellent.

I would vote for Allure for the best shows of Oasis class, and Wonder last.

It is often found on the children’s menu every day

i much prefer the shows on Oasis too. Wonder is my least favorite of the 5.

Depends on the ship and the itinerary

One of the biggest advantages to eating in Coastal Kitchen is that when you get your food, it is HOT!
Service is also excellent.

The Corinth Canal is a great sight, if offered as an excursion.
The best yogurt I ever had in my life was at Corinth Canal! So if you go there it is worth a taste.

Thanks for the ramping of excitement! We’re a family group and this is our 5th cruise, first on RCL. Other cruises were Holland and NCL. Anxious to compare. We’re all in Suites so access to CK/ SL and have a blast in the evenings playing games and talking. Counting the days!
Don’t play games and talk until after you have seen the shows on allure. She has some of the best IMHO! Mamma Mia, Blue Planet, the ice show, and the aqua show are not to be missed.

If you google "luggage storage in Miami" there are many options......
-
Have you been on other Oasis class ships? You dont mention it.
We have been on them all and Wonder is ok, but I will say that she is the least favorite of the five for me.

We live near Luke AFB, in AZ. And also see and hear jets almost every day. The newer F-22s can be quite loud, when they fly a little lower, but as yo said, the sounds of freedom.
I don’t know what the big deal about flying over cruise ships, they do all kinds of flyovers over special events, such as the Super Bowl and I haven’t heard of any complaints.
Don’t think they get quite as close to the venue and its patrons as they did with the ship! By a looong shot!

The exact reason I would not even think about posting a video. That would get into an ugly mess in a heartbeat.
It was there and gone so fast (and loud) that I doubt anyone even had time to think about reaching for their phone or camera!

We were buzzed by a jet once on a Harmony transatlantic. We had just gone into Coastal Kitchen (top of ship) when it happened and it actually rattled the dishes, not to mention startling quite a few cruisers! There were some postings started and then they quickly, mysteriously disappeared.....🙄

He also served as Captain on Freedom. I will never forget him as he was captain on a cruise in 2015 when I fell and broke my arm on the pier in St. Thomas. He held the ship that day while the port agent brought several of us back to the ship. I had the opportunity to sail with him again on Allure a couple of years later and was able to thank him. I will try to post his bio from the ship tomorrow.
Oasis of the Seas Live, March 10th - 17th. Ain't no better place, ain't no better time than here and now.

I’ve used them a lot in the past in the mornings and found there is hardly ever anyone else there!
