  1. I called this morning. After only! 30 minutes I got a live body. She was able to give me our OBC amount, but said Customer Service can no longer access loyalty accounts. She assured me that upon boarding our level would be correct. I'm still taking documentation of our February cruise!
  2. I just checked my notification from Allianz. It has an effective date 2 days after my booking date. Whew!
  3. I'm worried. I booked the cruise on 5/24 but, due to website/customer service problems, it took me several tries to get the Allianz insurance added. I finally got it done on 6/20. My husband has a pre-existing health problem. I really hope he doesn't have any trouble.

  5. For the 1st time since booking our cruise 5/24/23 my account shows loyalty points. Of course our 16- night cruise from February isn't credited, but it's better than zero.

  8. Good news. I had an issue resolved in 2 days! It only took 2 emails, both of which were responded to in less than 24 hours. In my 4 Azamara cruises I have never had such good customer service response. Progress?
  9. On my 3 previous cruises with Azamara all excursion tickets and invitations were in our cabin when we boarded.
  10. Azamara shows Preview status with 0 points. Seaware shows 2 accounts, one matching the Azamara site and one with the correct account but not showing points from February.
  11. Submitted the form 5/25. Tier has not been corrected. 0 points. Last cruise was 2/12-28 and should bump me up a tier.
  12. Not true. My account still says 0 loyalty points.
  13. For those wondering about using OBC pre-cruise, I just saw this on the website.
  14. Good news!! The cruise I booked last week for August 15-26 showed up on my Upcoming Cruises today! Loyalty points dropped to zero, but at least I know I'm cruising!
  15. I plan my trips in advance, so I won't be doing any ship excursions at all this time. I'm just not a last-minute scheduler.
  16. 4 weeks?! When I sent in the form it said they would respond in 3-5 days. My credit card was charged but we have no booking number, invoice, etc. We are supposed to sail on 8/15.
  17. I always find Azamara shops disappointing. Even the branded souvenir selections are limited.
  18. We were with him on the Journey in 2019 and were really hoping to see him again. He's so much fun.
