  1. I would not cruise if I had to do all this--I think April next year might be my month.. https://www.cruisecritic.com/news/5510/?et_cid=3350314&et_rid=268751925&et_referrer=FooterWidget
  2. Smart not to pay any more balances due-Until you absolutely have to----Also not paying any money for shore things at this point.. You figure if there is any refund involved, it could take a month or more to get your money back..
  3. Virgin Voyages has changed starting month on their website to November..No changes or information on the website. They are the worst communicators ever... I would worry on my cruise that we may be headed to sink, and they will tell us after we are under water...:)
  4. By now Virgin should have already updated their website-They are,as usual, behind the 8 ball. They knew this was coming and should already have the plans in place for website updating, communicating with passengers (us) and what the FCC would be...
  5. NO OCTOBER CRUISES.. https://www.kron4.com/news/national/us-cruise-operations-put-on-hold-until-at-least-november-clia-announces/
  6. They will recover----Everyone is filing bankruptcy, or will be---:)
  7. Virgin posted this image on Linkedin, great for phone or computer wallpaper...
  8. Don’t get too excited for a cruise in 2020, the rest are likely to be postponed. We’re into August and Miami Dade county is still pretty bad as well as Florida.
  9. I would pretty much bet money we’re not gonna have any cruising this year. https://www.foxnews.com/travel/cruise-ship-passenger-positive-coronavirus Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  10. I am more excited to see the shipboard experience, especially since I have a Rockstar Suite-Thanks to FCC from my 1st cancelled voyage. You are very perceptive @mnocket
  11. Thanks-I really don't want to push into 2022-I have already been waiting almost 1,000 days since I paid my deposit--I am not worried about covid on the ship.
  12. With the likelyhood of October Cruising being cancelled, I will have the option to sail Scarlett Lady or Valiant Lady. I have never cruised before-Should I stick with the Carribbean, or go all out for the cruise out of Barcelona, which would be a 14 hour flight for me from California.....Thanks for feedback
  13. Article: https://www.travelandleisure.com/cruises/norwegian-royal-caribbean-healthy-sail-panel-safer-ships And link to survey https://www.regulations.gov/document?D=CDC-2020-0087-0001
  14. There will be cruising in 2021.. But not in 2020. Miami-Dade continues to increase--102,000 cases as of 7-25-20.. That port will unlikely open October..
