Huh? Mexico is #22 in homicides per capita, well behind the US Virgin Islands, Belize, Jamaica, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, and several other popular cruise ports. I am very interested to know where you are cruising that is not any of those countries.

To say nothing of the fact that homicides in cities like Tijuana contribute to Mexico's overall homicide rate while having very little effect on people in Cozumel thousands of miles away.

This looks like fun, I think it's a better thing to have on the ship than an IMAX theater, but I guess we'll see! I really like the laser tag arenas that some other cruise lines have been putting on their ships too.

I love interior cabins because I love how dark they are and I don't spend a lot of time in my stateroom anyway, so it makes sense from a budget perspective. I always think when planning a cruise that it would be cool to have an oceanview, but I can never bring myself to pay the difference - it just doesn't seem worth it.

I would definitely get a balcony if I was going to a very picturesque location like Alaska or Europe. But for me in the Caribbean, interior does just fine!

It was so difficult to convince my fiance to go on a cruise with me...he was very resistant to the idea of spending so much money on something that would be over in a week. Luckily I convinced him, and he had so much fun that he insisted on booking the next one the day we got back. Sometimes getting someone on a ship is the hardest part, but the rest takes care of itself 😏
