NCL will take care of all forms/health visas. Cruise ship travel has different requirements than land based travel. All forms are handled by the cruiseline itself which certifies all passengers meet each port's entry requirement. On our latest cruises since COVID, we were told which ports required us to take our covid vaccine cards to access stores and restaurants. Some ports are stricter than others.

The website only mentions NCL providing a test on transatlantic cruises TO the USA.
Logic indicates they would do the same going the other way, right? -
Does NCL inform passengers
which Covid testing forms/requirements are for each port we will disembark at?

No, lots of people have this problem. NCL is aware. I was told to not pay anything and ignore anything that looks like my cruise is being canceled for nonpayment.
I too am seeing the " Your Cruise is on hold "page, has anyone been informed if/ when NCL will be fixing the glitch ?
One online chat agent suggested to clear computer cache/ cookies...nope...still there.

Wow. I can order room service on the app instead of by phone. Is this really all that revolutionary? 🙄
Can we order the continental ( no charge) breakfast thru that app?

Does NCL inform us if there is flight time changes?
Or is it up to us to keep checking with actual airline?
