Yep, I lost my card in the hot tub that way.

Maybe it's included on your charter.  I'm on a regular cruise Sept 26 and it shows $139/person in the app.  Not sure how far away your cruise is but sometimes with charters they haven't finalized the prices for add ons too far ahead.

I believe I saw a Youtube video that Gem is co-ed for the spa since it's a smaller ship but a I believe a charter can have their own rules for this.  Probably best to reach out to the charter company for that answer.

They want the actual card.  I read on another site you can try to get another card from the place you got your original vaccine.  It was in response to someone that lost their card.  Maybe they can fix your issue.  I got mine in February too.

My friend is thinking about booking a trip next year on Norwegian.  She's currently single but may not be once the cruise rolls around.  Does anyone have experience with booking a normal cabin as a solo traveler then adding a guest later?

Those are nice water bottles and that charger looks really nice.  We won a couple similar water bottles on RCI for winning trivia.

On most cruises if you ask for something they had on the dinner menu a prior night you can request it.  Especially if it was from the night before.  It's not a guarantee but worth a try.
