  1. Help meunderstand this, So if I bet $10, and the point is 4, I can only back this up with $10 for 2:1 odds.  But if I bet $50, I can back this up with $250 for 2:1 odds?

  2. We were on the Beyond early August and had a fantastic voyage.  We would go the the Eden lounge at 6 for cocktails.  I was surprised that there were not more people in the bar.  Some nights only 3-4 people, but on average 10-15.  Great view from the back of the ship.  Also live music.  We would go to the Blu around 7. Never had to wait and most nights sat by a window.  Food was amazing!.  First few nights I asked for an ounce or 2 of blue cheese to put on my bread to have with the cabernet.  Shortly after I didn't have to ask.  They would bring it without asking. Blu for breakfast also very good.   We also ate at the Eden restaurant one night, which also amazing.  All in all a great cruise on a new ship with a great staff.

You do need to be at the airport three hours before flight time.

@heckofagator -  You can have an easy private transfer leaving the ship at 9 a.m.  You leave too much to chance with connections with your current plan.

@gatorchinsky - your plan would work just fine.

@doccide - you don't have plenty of time unless you can leave at 6 a.m..  You probably won't make it leaving at 7 a.m. if the first leg of your flight is to the US.  It would be ok if the first leg is within Europe.

  4. I had arranged for Cabroma to pick us up at the port at 7am for a 1030 flite to Boston. The ship arrived @ 430am.  We carried our bags off and got in line at 615.  At 625 we were allowed to get off the ship. We carried our bags off , it took about 10 minutes to walk  to the terminal.  Our car arrived at 650 and off we went to FCO.  There was little traffic.  We arrived at FCO about 50 minutes later.  It only took 5 minutes to check our bags.  I had purchased for 7euro each the fast track pass.  The regular line thru security had about 150 people.  There were 2 people in the fast track.  We went thru security and passport check in no time.  At 810 we were sitting in the Italia sky lounge.  My recommendation is to spend the 7e for the fast track pass!

  6. 1998 arrived Barcelona 2 days early, daughter did not get suitcase until we reached Marseille. 2003 we arrived in Barcelona 1 hour before departure with NO bags for  4 people.  Got them next day in Monaco. ( good thing we arranged flight with Royal C.) 2006 missed our connection to Rome due to our initial flite 3 hours late.  Good thing we were in Rome 3 days before the ship left.  Bags arrived night before departure.  2017 we couldnt leave Raleigh airport for JFK due to lighting for 6 hours.  Missed flite to Praque.  ( we couldnt get our bags but somehow we did have them in Prague).

  7. I’m on beyond arriving at port 6 am  august 8..  I have plane leaving 1030am. I plan to arrange private transport to fco. I’ll carry my own bags off at 630 and should arrive by 8.  Done it before with no issues
