  1. 10 hours ago, mom says said:

It would only be TM infringement if Celebrity had TMd it. But they didn't, so it's not. At least not against Celebrity. Could very well be an infringement against someone else who has already registered the name.

Checking the TM status of both entities  before asking the question would probably have been the logical thing to do.

Actually, being REGISTERED (I think this is what you meant with TMd) with the USPTO is NOT required for trademark protection. Registration gives an owner of a mark legal protections beyond what they have at common law or at the state level. Also there's no requirement that you put TM or SM on a mark you want to protect. Again, might just give you a leg up legally. https://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/basics/why-register-your-trademark#:~:text=How you choose to protect,federal%2C or international trademark registration.

  2. We did this tour on the Celebrity Ascent earlier this year also but for us it was led by a person from the excursion desk and we did not enjoy the tour. She spoke too softly for us to hear even with the ear pieces they handed out. We stood in front of several pictures and pieces of art and she read from an ipad about the art and then pointed at a few things along the way. She was not well trained. Not her fault but Celebrity's for selling too many spots for properly educated staff to cover. We got it at a black friday discounted rate and used extra OBC otherwise we would have requested reimbursement. Another group that left right before ours said their tour was great with a staff member who knew a lot about the works, the artists, etc.

  3. Been on Apex 2 times and loved both. Anytime dining at the 4 main restaurants. Excursions will show up in the app and on the website for you to book before the cruise. Check cancellation policy closely!! You can also book specialty dining in advance or on board. Eden normally books up quickly. Entertainment is first come first serve. Welcome to Celebrity!
