This September we need to make our own transfer arrangements (party of 2) from Venice to board the Viking Sky at the Chioggia Cruise Terminal. One option is a taxi from Piazzale Roma but does anyone have experience using the Arriva Veneto bus (Line 80) to Chioggia? The end of the line is in a Chioggia suburb, Sottomarina, at Piazzale Europa, but this would require taking a taxi to the terminal as it is 2.4 kilometers away. There is a prior stop at Via Nacari which is only 1.1 kilometers away from the ship. Has anyone tried exiting at that stop and walking to the cruise terminal from there?
