18% is added to UDP, but depending on if you get it on sale it may not cover the tip for all the meals you have.  I have no problem leaving a bit extra and on top of what these folks get.  They work hard and try to give you the best vacation.  To each their own though.

We always leave an additional $20 for the 2 of us.'

Love Wonderland.  Yes it's the experience for us.  We def use one night of our UDP for it when we have it.

For superbowl they have a pre-game party too sometimes and show the game in the Theater.

I've always access the rewards from my BoA account page - it's near the top in the middle.  Never had an issue doing it that way.

Same for us!  We had a great cruise in December on HOTS and enjoyed every minute.  We aren't going on vacation with a microscope to find things to complain about.

Not the stand alone Starbucks but the Starbucks served in Cafe Promenade.  I'm positive went there multiple times a day last week on Harmony with the Refreshment Package.

Yup same issues all day - suspect it's a update on their end

Cafe Promenade is what you want.  They have Starbucks in CP that is included with the beverage packages.  There is also Park Cafe, which is more soup and sandwiches but another option.

I am such a nervous nelly that I go in twice a day because I am always wanting to find out. Four days out, my bids except for the Junior Suite changed from " pending" to "cancelled". The Junior Suite stayed at "pending".  The next morning, I had the email stating I had won the bid. It came early in the morning before 7am MST ( I live in Colorado). My bid email came on a Tuesday and we sailed out on that Friday. Hope that helps!! Happy Sailing😃
