So we called Celebrity and had a great agent who managed to find us a Sky Suite on Deck 10 that we will have for both the Sydney to Hawaii cruise and the following Hawaii to Vancouver cruise for only a few Hundred $ per cruise.  We decided to stick with the MC Suite for the New Zealand cruise just to see what it's like.  It is, I believe, on Deck 10.

Congrats! After reading favorable reviews about the MC suites I am going to stay put for now. Enjoy your cruise.

I’m going to call again before final payment. Maybe I’ll get a different answer. 

I have a gty suite booked for next January on Ascent and have already been assigned a MC suite deck 11.  I’m fine with that but then Celebrity had a sale and the price of the sky suite was the same as the gty rate. I called to inquire and was told I could book it but I would lose all the OBC I received for booking on board.  I don’t think the change is worth giving up $250.

We had the semi reclining chairs. We had a great cruise and Reflection is a beautiful ship. I do like to read out on the balcony so I was a little disappointed. 

I was on Reflection in a CS last month and no loungers. I asked for them but never got them. I also asked for foot stools but was told they didn’t have any. 

Just curious, do you have to be paid in full before gty suite is assigned? I booked gty for the Ascent in January.

We paid to upgrade to prime concierge and did not get the extra points. Only received 12 points for a 6 night cruise. 

We were also on this cruise and I agree with your views. We had a great time, enjoyed the food and did not find the live music too loud at all. First time on Reflection and I would not hesitate to book again. We did book on board to cruise Ascent. Can’t wait.

Just got off Reflection on Saturday.  We ended up winning a move-up bid to a Celebrity Suite which we found out the day before we left.  What a great surprise and the best cruise ever.  We loved Michael's club and Luminae.  We were definitely spoiled.  

We also thought our cruise was sold out.  You never know.

I’m Italian and got married on the 17th (37 years). I have never heard of 17 being unlucky and our grandparents were from Italy.

Were you also reimbursed for your drink package? I’m on the fence about bidding on a signature suite.

I booked directly through Celebrity.

I have tried to access the Move up site but I keep getting an error message. I am in the 90 day window, and past final payment. I called Celebrity (BCC) and they have no idea why I am getting it. They emailed the Move Ip program on my behalf, but I have not heard back. Has anyone else experienced this? 

FYI once logged in you can click manage trip at the top of the page and get to the move up bids. Maybe that will work. I don’t have much luck on the app. but the website works fine on my iPad. 
 

You can view your OBC by logging into the Celebrity website and clicking on manage my reservation. Scroll down to packages and extras. Good luck.

We cruised to Alaska on the Ruby Princess and the ship was older but the vibe and shows so much better.  Food not so great IMO. 

We took our first Celebrity cruise on the Summit in July and I agree with your views. We thought the ship was too small and the entertainment boring. No upbeat vibe at all even though the ship was sold out. We still had a great time and thought it was the best service ever on a ship. We are sailing on Reflection next and hoping the larger ship will be better.

Thank you! I just upgraded for $9.99 per person for our April cruise. It was 18.99 pp on Sunday because I have been checking. I’m hoping for a deal on Wi-Fi. 

I am sailing on Reflection and considering upgrading to a sky suite. Can anyone tell me the noise level on deck 12? I’m currently booked in a prime concierge on deck 11. Should I stay put? Thanks.

Thank you, I did mean CC points. I called and there was an error on my profile. Celebrity was able to resolve it for me.

First time sailing on Celebrity. Three week post cruise and points have not posted. We. Sailed AQ on Summit. Is this normal? I sent an email but didn’t receive any response.
