  3. I don’t know about chicken but I have asked for steak and chips recently as didn’t fancy anything on offer. No problem just had to wait a bit longer for it. Can’t remember if it was on Q V or QM probably was QV
  4. You need a paper copy in Southampton as they mark it with a stamp to prove entitlement to board. You wouldn’t even get through security let alone on board. Also required for muster station to scan it. I personally wouldn’t bother not having a paper copy and would not want to waste time while one was printed at check in.
  5. Does that work if you book a return as one ticket? I am going Southampton NY Southampton in August will I get 2 allocations of World Club internet then ? Anyone know ?
  6. I agree. Whole week free WiFi for me is a win. I found the basic package was fine for what I needed too.
  7. On QM2 recently I arrived about 15 mins late for my boarding time so went straight in but the queue for security was very long. I was 1 15 arrival time but could see there were many in the queue with arrivals times over an hour later round 15:00 and later etc..
  8. I stand corrected. I will listen more thoroughly in future. I usually just wait until Princess Grills are called and get ready to be called next. !!

  10. I have never heard them call Club for priority in Southampton. I have only heard QG , PG , Diamond then Platinum.

  12. I couldn’t be bothered to go round asking other guests what they did or did not get provided with in their cabin/ bathroom . Zero interest to me. If I thought I was missing something I would ask for myself. If I needed to wash my hands before luggage arrives with my own toiletries I would use hot water and then use copious amounts of hand gel which would be from my handbag and or carry on bag. All sorted no fuss.
  13. On QM2 There was a polite notice specifically telling you not to take the big bottles away, that they would be sanitized and refilled. Controversial I know but I don’t understand why people don’t bring their own toiletries. I prefer bar soap so always bring my own.
  14. You couldn’t do that in Ocean or Mayflower they are part of the same building but separate. No idea about Horizon or City
  15. CPS gets my vote. Not always the cheapest option but never had a problem. They do get booked up so advise early booking. Gone are the days when you could just turn up and purchase parking on the day. Other outfits will be booked up too so don’t wait and I have never seen prices go down either!!
  16. Some sort of crew area would be my guess. But for what I don’t know. There is some distance between the window and the obstruction. I had one last year and I found it very airy and a good size.
  17. I take a different dress for every evening however long the cruise is, to be honest 16 nights is the longest I have done and I take a couple of spares as I like choices. I only live locally so extra luggage is not an issue. Going to check out Vinted.
  18. I wasn’t grills and just rang up to change my time as it was far too early for me and there was no issues they just asked me when I did want so I picked 9 40 . Thy didn’t change the luggage tags though and I still kept to the colour I was originally given. There were still people around in the buffet after 9 it was just they shut down all the food stations at 9
  19. I never leave the ship until after 9 as I live locally and wait until the queues have died down. I fell the buffet closes around 9 30 . I have always eaten there after 8 30. I leave my things in my cabin go to breakfast then go back to my cabin to disembark. I usually like a 9 40 time. If I am not allocated that I just ring purser’s office and ask to change.
  20. It’s my understanding if you have booked through a T A The contact centre is unable to help and will just refer you back to T A . May save you an unnecessary call .
