Yes!! It always happens to me and lasts quite a while. I hate it because I can't concentrate on anything with my head spinning ( have enough trouble without spinning!). I'll try the Bonnine after getting off this time and see if it helps.

Someone in August commented that they had no issue with the Shuttle (and they had 11 people). We are staying here in February so I hope we don't have the same issues with the shuttle as you.
I recommend anyone staying near BWI to treat yourself to crabcakes from G&M. I was recommended this place by a local and have never been disappointed (I make sure to either stop and eat there or buy un-cooked cakes for the 90 minute ride home). They are right up the street from most of the BWI hotels.
We will be there in Feb as well and was thinking it was a great find. Hope it works out!!
The crab cakes sound great we'll have to try them.

I called both the sleep inn and comfort inn to reserve our precruise room and arrange to leave the car while away. Both told me they only provide shuttles to the airport and not the cruise port. We would have to take a cab or shuttle from the airport??? Anyone else been told this? We don't cruise til Feb 2011. Not sure what to do now since we still need a place to stay. Thanks for any info/input
The Sleep Inn we have reservations at is Sleep Inn and Suites Airport. When I called (I called twice just to make sure) they told me they had a free shuttle to and from airport and also port. It also sounded like they have a shuttle to the train station but not sure on that.

I am worried becaue I booked Sleep Inn and the reviews on Trip Advisor are bad.
We booked this too for ourselves and six other family members. It sounded so good with free shuttles to and from the airport and port. Has anyone stayed here and if so how was it??

We will be going with Native Choice on the Mayan Experience Tour. We want to bring gifts for our host family and are just wondering how much aprox. is appropriate. Also, what did you tip your guides for this tour?
Anyone have recent experience with My Friend Mario?
in Panama Canal

We have just returned from our cruise and we used Mario in Panama. We did the tour that goes out to the Embera Indian Village and then the Canal. This was an amazing tour and I would HIGHLY recommend it! We took dug out canoes to the Indian village and they were primitive canoes. It was an adventure getting there and back but so much fun. The Embera Indians and their village was so nice to see, I know none of us will forget it. This tour also included a trip to the falls but we didn't do this part of the tour. You can feel good about going with My Friend Mario. It was a very well run operation!
