Wouldn't you know, mine came in a little while ago, too! I think the surveys are very important and was worried I wasn't getting one. But I did. Thanks everyone for responding!

That has been our experience in the past. Usually within 24 hours or so.

We disembarked Rotterdam early Sunday, the 25th. Shouldn’t we have gotten our trip survey by now?
-
Thanks for the tip!

Is it within walking distance of Aloha Tower?

Looking for a car rental place near Aloha Tower. It has been a while since we docked at AT. Is there a shuttle to it? Thanks.

HOW MUCH ONBOARD CREDIT POSTED?
sarellen8385 replied to sarellen8385's topic in Holland America Line
What surprises me is why HAL doesn’t make this easier to find? For example, Princess has your OBC easy to find on its Cruise Personalizer. I know it is important to keep all of CCL’s cruise lines separate, but some things, such as software could be shared. I appreciate the comments on this. -
Here is what Apostleship of the Sea website says are the duties and what is included/not included for a participating priest: Cruise Ship Priest Program Basic Services provided by the Cruise Ship Priest: Daily Mass for Cruise Passengers Weekly Mass for the crew Ecumenical or Interfaith services for non-Catholic Passengers Pastoral care and visitation to the in-firmed for all passengers and crew Other religious and spiritual responsibilities as requested The priest receives his room and basic meals courtesy of the cruise line. However, he also pays gratuities, purchases excursions, and buys items onboard. AOS-USA appreciates our Priests’ service onboard for the Spiritual and Pastoral Care of the People of the Sea. Once you are an AOS-USA Cruise Ship Priest, yours is NOT a “free cruise”. You are onboard for service and ministry. This is a unique ministry of the Catholic Church, and one which we take seriously.

HOW MUCH ONBOARD CREDIT POSTED?

Thanks to all of you for responding! I am embarrassed not to have remembered where to look for it! 🙄 -
How can I tell how much onboard credit I have going into a cruise? Where on my account will I find this information? Thank you.

We always fly from Ft. Lauderdale so do not know if EZ CHECK works for Miami.
-
Thank you for your reply PacGoNow. Perhaps the issue did have to do with being on a TA. Update: just now, we got our EZ CHECK documents hours ahead of the 24 hour information given to us. What a relief to get those tags.

Disembarking from the Enchanted Princess tomorrow. Completed the EZ Check forms last week. We meet all the criteria. When the disembarkation information was distributed to our cabin, we were given luggage tags that were not for EZ CHECK; rather they were for an ordinary disembarkation. DH went to Guest Services and they said we were not approved for EZ CHECK, that IF we were approved for it—by the airline—that we would not know until 24 hours ahead of the flight. Really? We have used this program many times between HAL and Princess. What is going on? This had never been the protocol before. Are we being given incorrect information, or is this something new?

How does one go about playing this game? Need a reservation?

Thanks to both of you for that information!

We are traveling with our children in two cabins and have the Princess Plus packages for each cabin. That means one wifi device per person. Can we buy the 4-device wifi and share it with the other cabin? We all use multiple devices. Thank you.

Monterey to stop providing port services to cruise ships
sarellen8385 replied to a topic in Princess Cruises
We are on the March 11th Discovery sailing and we were notified several weeks ago that we would not be stopping in Monterey. Santa Barbara was added. -
Thanks to those who replied! I appreciate it.

Does Princess use EZ Check at LAX or Long Beach?

Cabin fever on return leg from Hawaii?
sarellen8385 replied to Petronillus's topic in Holland America Line
We have done this Hawaii trip 3 times plus a handful of Transatlantics, so we have experience with sea days. IMO if you can entertain yourself then you will be fine. If, instead, you need to be entertained, then a lot of sea days may not work for you. As others have said, because the port activity is intense when you get to Hawaii, the sea days back across the Pacific are relaxing. -
Off the food topic in the Dutch Cafe, but those cute triangular vases (shown in post #22 in this thread) are only displayed in the Cafe and are available for purchase there. We bought two on a Rotterdam cruise earlier this year.
