Terms and conditions 2. The Solo Sailor 2023 Offer Updated: April 12, 2023 1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ Solo Sailor promotion. Under the “The Solo Sailor Offer”, if one (1) Sailor is traveling solo in an eligible double occupancy cabin, then the Voyage Fare price will be reduced by 50% for the cabin total. Said another way: no single supplement charge on Voyage Fare will be applied for (1) Sailor traveling in a double occupancy cabin. This offer is eligible for bookings purchased between 12:01 a.m. EDT on 12 April 2023 through 11:59 p.m. EST on 24 May 2023 for Eligible Cabins on an Eligible Voyage. See Section 3 below for Eligible Cabins and Voyages. Promotional Bar Tab: Any voyage lasting seven nights or more will receive $600 in a “Bar Tab,” that is, a bar credit, for the cabin. The Bar Tab will be added to the lead passenger’s (i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice) folio. All cabin categories are eligible for the promotional Bar Tab credit. 2. Restrictions/Exclusions. “The Solo Sailor Offer” is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions. 2.1. Interaction with other with the following offers, discounts, or credits: “The Solo Sailor Offer” is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits: Bar Tab Bonus, Book Early Save More, 10% Pay in Full Now Discount, and My Next Virgin Voyage. “The Solo Sailor Offer” is not combinable with the following offers, Florida Resident Rate, Air Credit Offer, Reduced Rate or Free Access Keys, ECC and Deeply Discounted Rates. 3. Eligibility. 3.1. Eligible Cabins: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category are eligible for the “The Solo Sailor Offer”. The Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins include the following: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. 3.2. Eligible Voyages include sailings departing from ports in the Mediterranean during the 2023 season. Those voyages dates are (inclusive): Resilient Lady: May 14, 2023 - October 15, 2023 Valiant Lady: May 7, 2023 - October 22, 2023 Excluded Voyages: Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded. 4. Commission Implications. The commissionable voyage fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be on the reduced voyage fare, after the Solo Sailor discount is applied. 5. Virgin Voyages reserves its right to modify these terms and conditions with or without notice.
