We are similar, cruising to NZ in January from Sydney and have booked the Meriton Suites.

So long story short, we are in Australia and the prices were in US$...so a bit to expensive for us. We have now booked the Meriton Suites which seems a good deal and a short Uber drive.

We have noticed Princess have a deal with Four Seasons and the Hyatt that includes transfers etc so are looking into that atm with our travel agent. Although the first night is a bit pricey , the cheaper second night plus transfers would actually make it reasonable for us.
