    Wow I would have thought the menus would be the same. The omelettes were very nice

    We were on the same cruise and omelettes were on the breakfast menu in Saffron.

    Just back from Ventura, marmalade was always a source of discussion at breakfast, some days it eventually turned up other days not a dish in site.

    Perhaps we will hear tomorrow if we have been successful in our bid as that will be 7 days till we sail on Ventura

    We put in a bid for our Ventura cruise in 2 weeks time, we did put a slightly higher bid than was suggested, but we have heard nothing back so far.

    You can book it before you board we booked it for our October cruise months ago.

    Gratuities on Disney are $14.50 per person per day including babies and children and $15.50 in a Concierge grade they are added automatically to your bill

    I'm hope we get Club dining I really don't like flexible dining, so hopefully there may be some flexibility if we ask.

    The afternoon tea looks fab think I will try and book that we are on Ventura in a few weeks, loved the photos of the retreat we have that booked for the whole trip. Thanks for sharing your photos.

    You could ask P&O or your travel agent before you go to see if it is possible.

    Why, because I had always had a reduction when there was a price drop with Royal, thought it was something all cruise lines did

    I was shocked that P&O didn't pass on the reduction, I have had quite a few reductions with Royal.

    We do a similar drive from Fife except the last time there was an accident on the M6 and we were stuck there for 4 hours before they turned us round and of course it was nose to tail for another couple of hours we eventually made it to the Premier Inn at 9.30 pm. When driving down in October have planned a 2 day non motorway drive after Manchester see how that works out.

    We found the service at dinner on our last QE cruise very poor along with the food, soup would arrive warm at best, the food when it arrived often didn't match the description on the menu. Hopefully it has improved since last year. Tips not included on Cunard

    Prices for the new drinks packages are now on the P&O website. The price for the top package is £49 per day.
