Working at home with clients and then teaching a class this evening. Dentist appointment went well, just needed three fillings. I continue with my commitment to hit the gym four ties this week. Halfway there. Also continuing to work on my dissertation. I am in the final study phase and am currently collecting data. Should have my doctorate by the summer. Dentist appointment for this morning. Getting some fillings. Then it is off to the office for a couple of clients. Been eating much better and moving more. My blood sugar and weight are going down. Welcome to Tuesday. Thank you for the Daily and Fleet reports. Well, back to work. 😔I will be at the office today for clients. Fancy won't be happy as she has gotten quite used to having people home. I may have spoiled her. My cats will be celebrating Mew Year in grand style, sleeping all day. I have a dentist's appointment tomorrow for fillings. Expecting measurable snow here this coming weekend. I have to get the shovels from the garage. At least I won't have to drive anywhere this weekend. Thinking of all on the care list. Happy New Year! Thanks for the Daily and Fleet reports. Actually, stayed up to ring in the New Year. Just me and my sister. No drinking for me as I am finally stabilizing my blood sugar. It has been down below 200 for the last few days and I feel great. Nothing planned today except going to the gym and taking Fancy for a walk. My sadness is that I have to go back to work tomorrow after my staycation. My plans this year are slowing down and enjoying life more. That being said, 282 days until my cruise! When we boarded the Pearl in 2022, we went straight to O'Sheehan's and had a drink and lunch before the cabins were ready.

Today I am relaxing as my vacation winds down. I found myself yesterday dreaming of retirement and began the process of figuring out what I need to retire on. Perhaps in the next couple of years. Will be on the Norwegian Sky from October 9th to the 19th from Quebec to Baltimore. Cannot wait to get out to sea again. Have a safe and healthy New Years Eve.
