Related question. I received a RoyalUp offer for my oceanview stateroom. I didn't bid. Instaed, due to a big price drop, I called and moved to a balcony guarantee. Will I receive a new invitation to bid from balcony to suites?

Our Feb 24 out of Malaga hasn't been showing on the website for 2 or 3 weeks now. Just problems on the website, I assume. I recommend you call NCL. -
How do you know which ports charge tax? Do I just have to "try my luck" and see if I get a receipt with a charge on it? I have the free at sea drink package and the itinerary is Canaries/Morocco/Spain/Portugal.
