  1. Happy Happy Birthday!! Hope you have the best day!!🎉
  2. Sorry, got swamped with worked when we returned. Our final dinner was Sushi on 5 and we decided to try some things on the menu that we have never eaten before. Started with Edamame and then split the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen. Very yummy….lots of flavor. Next we tried the scallop and shrimp dynamite. I liked it, but Brian did not. I did think it was a bit heavy. The lobster and shrimp wontons are something we have ordered with every previous meal here and once again did not disappoint. For entrees, Brian had 2 orders of the nigiri (tuna) and I ordered the baked scallop roll with a side of spicy mayo. These dishes were not new to us and were a great addition to end our meal. We took one last walk though the ship and decided to get some gelato before bed. The pistachio gelato was not available on this ship, so I decided to try the butter pecan and I would get that again on our next cruise. Photos of the dinner are below and I’ll include some breakfast photos too. Thanks for following along.
  3. Lobster night in Luminae is our favorite. The main dining menu is available when in Luminae on the older ships. The amuse bouche was a watermelon, mozzarella and balsamic bite. Next, I ordered the double baked blue cheese soufflé. My entree was both the lamb and the lobster and my dessert was the Luminae Baked Alaska. My first course came from the main dining room menu and it was ok…lots of cheese and very rich. The lamb and lobster were excellent and I enjoyed the baked Alaska dessert, even though I was unsure I would like it. The macarons were a nice touch to end the meal. You are able to order extra lobster tails if you would like more. Photos are below. Enjoy!!
  4. Veuve Clicquot Champagne Dinner Sorry this review is coming in late. Due to the amount of indulgence and fun, we had a late night and a slow moving morning. Worked hard to pull ourselves together to be ready to begin our early excursion.😅 We had a small crew of 7 at the dinner due to Harbor Nights in Hamilton. Overall a great group and enjoyed getting to know everyone. This is an event we will always book if it’s available. We love Veuve Clicquot, and never get to try the different offerings at home, which is a treat for us. Everything was the same from our last Veuve Clicquot dinner, except this time we had a shrimp amuse bouche and the apricot soufflé for dessert. (Yum!!) We were able to try Veuve Clicquot Rich, Rose, Yellow Label and Demi Sec. (Found all of these in a wine store on Front Street in Hamilton today, and reasonably priced, but we don’t have space to take them home.😢). For the Rich, we had a choice of pineapple or cucumber to accent. Brian and I chose different ones to taste the difference and both were very enjoyable. Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc and Terrazas de los Andres Reserva Malbec were included with their respective pairings and are also owned by Louis Vuitton (that also owns Veuve Clicquot). The food was delicious and the staff was AMAZING as always and took very good care of us. Photos are below. We will book this event on every cruise. Enjoy!! 🥂🍾
  5. This lovely Veuve Clicquot Champagne Dinner reminder card arrived at our suite today! Can’t wait and even better that it will be our 20th wedding anniversary!🥂🍾 @bnurick
  6. I think some of the confusion with Covid testing for Bermuda is the requirements for Bermuda say the test result must include the travelers contact info. Most of the testing documentation we’ve had doesn't include contact info and the Emed results do not either. Sounds like this requirement isn’t being followed so hopefully all is good. We use Emed too.
