That's great as the hotels are also 2", I have a universal adapter that will fit the 2" nozzle with a little leeway either way so should all work out 🙂

We have a car on the way to the port and dropping it off within walking distance as I don't want to rely on 3rd party transport on the way there. We are going to hire a car a little after the cruise but we have to pay for parking at the hotel and rental prices right now are sky high. After the calculations it works out cheaper for the Uber/Lyft unless rental prices drop considerably. However I will keep my options open until the last minute 🙂

I have considered a car as it would probably work out cheaper than an uber/lyft however I want to avoid all the pick up and drop off rigmarole. And drinking is a distinct possibility 🤪

Sounds like good advice, as far as the price goes I was expecting around $150 so that fits in with my thinking. Hopefully all will work out as it sounds like it shouldn't be too much of an issue.. 👍

I have done some test bookings and the price seems ok although that is likely to vary. When I try a booking for 'now' there are always XL's available, however when I try a future bookings they don't seem to show up. Maybe that's just a quirk of the app.

2" seems to be a standard as the ones in the hotels all seem to be about that too. 👍

That's a possibility as our hairdryer is 240v so we could use it on the ship, however were also staying in Orlando for 3 weeks so it would be redundant as it wont run well on 110v. 😝

Strange question but does anyone happen to know the diameter of the end of the hairdryer on Harmony? The reason is that Mrs SFC like to use a flat nozzle on the hair dryer which I doubt is supplied so want to get an adapter that will hopefully fit. 🙂

We are disembarking from Port Canaveral Sunday 21 August and need to get to an Orlando hotel, 4 passengers and 3 Cases. Any ideas what the Uber/Lyft XL service is like from the port, would we struggle?

We have just managed to change our interior for a 'Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony Guarantee' for not much more on our Harmony cruise in August. I have tried a search but cant find anything definitive, I get the impression that on Oasis class ships there are no obstructed ocean view balconies, so other than the location possibly being not so good the view should be fine, noise is not usually an issue for us. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thanks.

We are from the UK but sailing from Port Canaveral so need to test in the US, I have tried eMed but to register you need a US address and telephone number, without these you cant continue. Its not easy finding an alternative test provider if your not from the US, I am interested if Rapid Test & Trace will be accepted.
