Hi Pat, I phoned Azamara regarding this last week. You can call and add a dining package, however you CANNOT use your OBC's to book dining packages until you are on board. If you are planning to pay with actual $'s, you can book the dining packages in advance, however you cannot book actual times at each restaurant until you are on board. Hope this helps. Cheers.
