Hi all thanks for all your help navigating this. After numerous times of being told no rooms were available a supervisor finally come to my room and heard the noise himself. Within 15 minutes they upgraded me to an infinite veranda from interior. Persistence is key.

What is the number for Florida contact?

It seems to be at night and all throughout the night every 30 minutes or so. Very very loud… earplugs aren’t even working. staterooms below and above.

Has anyone at all experienced this noise in your stateroom? It appears to be in the ceiling and walls. The ship is full and Celebrity cannot move us but this is outrageous. It’s all throughout the night, so bad that this is day 2 of the voyage with no sleep. This is not a creaking noise that this class of ships has been known for but a banging noise. Never have I ever experienced this before. Stateroom is at the front of the ship. IMG_4409.mov any advice on how to handle this even post cruise is much appreciated as this has been such a disaster.

Has anyone had any issues traveling on a Celebrity Cruise and traveling to Mexico? Brazilians are required to obtain a visa by air and sea but on the Mexican consular site it states "Foreigners of any country traveling to Mexico on leisure trips visiting Mexican Maritime Ports by cruise, are not required to obtain a visa or consular stamp. The passenger must carry a valid and not expired passport or travel document" Celebrity is clueless. I have tried contacting consulates both in Los Angeles and Miami and they responde with this quote although at the pier I have heard of issues.
