  1. Hello Presently, I'm Testing COVID positive for June 29 cruise will have to change cruise for future date. Virgin however will not transfer my loot. To rebook I can not use your link Because I need to make the change through representative. Likely will be asked for a name or maybe booking # over the phone to them to get loot credit. If you feel comfortable giving me info, (maybe even on 3 way call with virgin if preferred) we would be appreciative of the loot. Right now I am losing $500 of loot. P.S. if I test negative tomorrow.
