"We're gonna have a Polka Party..." This is my 2nd Mollie B cruise, and I thought I would check in to see how many of my fellow Cruise Critics would be FrIends Of Mollie B! I will be solo again, and, there will be dancing lessons, and I could do with a partner to twirl around the floor, and share a few laughs with.

I was on The Alaskan cruise last July on The Royal, from Vancouver. Our planned stop to Skagway was cancelled after the dock was demolished by a landslide. I don't know if it will be repaired in time for your cruise, so, take that into consideration.

Small in size? I was in Madison Wisconsin, in early December, now, that is a small airport!

When did it go away? I was on an Alaskan Cruise in July on the Royal Princess, and, we had traditional dining, I was in a large group, we actually had a whole section for ourselves at a set time. I am going on a Caribbean cruise in 3 weeks, with the same setup.

I was just on the Royal, and our group had all of our dinners Allegro at 5:25. For the most part we had excellent service, except for one night, when my table mate, had to send her steak back 4 times, as the cooks didn't know how to cook it to Medium Rare! It was quite funny actually, eventually the head Chef, came out to apologize to her.

I was onboard the Royal Princess from July 23rd to July 31. I was part of a Group of Mollie B Fans. Mollie B, and Squeezebox performed private concerts/dances almost every day, in Princess Live. One special day, I was honoured to have a Waltz with her. Here are a few photos

I was in a group tour for, a band called Squeezebox, who performed private concerts on the ship. The travel agency made the dining arrangements which was at 5:25 PM each night. The first night we had assigned seating, but by the end we could just walk by the lineup and sit wherever we wanted among our tables.

I did that tour this morning, it's on 3 and a half hours, including the 18 minute film, and the meet and greet with the nature interpreter. The ride back to the lodge was leisurely, but being on the bus wasn't that bad.

I am now on my land tour of Alaska, but, I was onboard from July 23 to the 29, I stayed on the Baja Deck Inside cabin 208. My steward was Glad. He became my best friend on the ship. I sent a note to management, commending him. My waiter, told me that he is friends with Glad, and the waiter was extra friendly to me. If you go on the Royal, try to get Glad!

Yes, I am on The Royal Northbound to Whittier. This is my first cruise, everything was going to schedule up until now. I chose this cruise, as Polka superstar, Mollie B, and Squeezebox are performing private concerts for their fans, of which I am one. I just wish that there was one single woman under 70 for me to dance with. LOL!
