This thread is so helpful! We are booked for a 9 day Spain, France and Italy cruise on the Reflection this July with an 11 yr old daughter and 12 yr old son. Only other cruise was Disney pre-Covid. My daughter loved it but my son was not a fan - too boisterous and too themed and too...well, Disney. 😁 I am really hoping Celebrity is more to his liking and it sure seems like it will be. Also sounds like my daughter will get a good enough social experience at Camp at Sea too.
One thing I haven't seen mentioned. I would love to give my kids freedom to explore the ship together on their own - possibly going to the buffet or to get ice cream or play ping pong, etc. Did you feel comfortable letting your kids wander without you?
