Uneventful ride to the airport, vacation mode is almost on.

Weather is looking “sus” for this weekend. Going to be very interesting!

We’re not going to have a drink package so entirely reliant upon our diamond drinks plus the generosity of the bar staff. I’ll report back on how extra tips enhance our bar experience.

Oh and important to note, the cruise ship sells these for $100 each.

Delta was also gracious enough to offer a free upgrade this morning on our second leg of travel which was a welcome surprise.

Unfortunately two of my bottle bags ripped on the return travel last time so new ones were in order. Side quest is obtaining 3-4 bottles of JD American Single Malt. For those not in the know this bottle can only be found in duty free shops and military bases so coming across it can be rather difficult. I got 2 bottles last adventure and want to stock up while I can.

Hello again everyone! After a few week hiatus we're returning to Freedom of the Seas for yet another casino sponsored cruise. This time we're going without kids for a well deserved getaway. We're hitting the standard 3 nighter out of Florida, starting in Miami visiting CocoCay and then Nassau, but really this trip is about a nice relaxing weekend before the holidays. More posts to come, but we're sailing in an OV Balcony and will be spending our dinners in either Giovanni's or Chops. Looking forward to having you all join us yet again!

Some great blackjack sessions were had, but we’re calling it officially up 50$. Finishing the night out with a bt old fashioned, and ready to hit tomorrow’s travel day with a relatively clear head. Hope all enjoyed tagging along with us, side note we’re doing this same sailing again without the kids in a few weeks so we’ll be live one more time this year.

We stayed in 6200 it’s been a great room size wise but a considerable amount of noise below of slamming doors. Not a deal breaker considering the size but something to consider.

Quiet afternoon to a quiet dinner. Handed off our kraken and wine as an extra extra tip.

Pool deck got crazy. Cash tips and see the same bartender each trip pays dividends.

Small gripe are people bringing their own speakers to blast music, we’ve seen it on the pool decks and in other public venues.

Swim diaper enforcement has been no nonsense. 30 seconds in the kids area with a diaper and they’re on ya, very happy to see it.
