  1. What time do the main dining rooms open and close for breakfast, and do they always have smoked salmon available? Thank you!
  2. But only if you take the bottle to a restaurant.
  3. There are a lot of decent screw-top wines these days.
  4. Does Celebrity still allow each passenger to bring two bottles of wine on board?
  5. I love whole fish! I wish they had it on Apex, but I'll take any seafood I can get--a favorite.
  6. Thank you! I love seafood, too. Is the grilled sea bass in Cyprus always on their menu?
  7. Hi, everyone, Of the four main, complementary dining rooms on the Apex, which is your favorite? Thanks!
  8. Did you encounter anyone who had to be quarantined from being exposed to someone who tested positive? Hubby and I are sailing on the Apex in Feb. and looking forward to it!
  9. Oh, no! I'm so sorry to hear that. Aqua Spa was always my go-to. Thank goodness, I do intermittent fasting! LOL!
  10. WrittenOnYourHeart: Did you have any concerns about cross-contamination at the Mast Grill? That lettuce wrap sounds good to me!
  11. LOVE Aqua class! I wish they would open Blu for lunch, especially on embarkation day. Anyway, the selections are limited, but, having to eat gluten-free, I usually head to the Aqua Spa Cafe, which is open to all. They have healthy, small plates, and from my experience, they are always plated by the staff (last cruise 2018 but going again soon). They also have cookies, muffins, soups, smoothies, and more. Not everything is gluten-free, so it's great for everyone who wants lighter offerings. And if you're super hungry, just eat more! 😄 I like how they keep the food separated for safety.
  12. Scottish Clover and Mimiya11, Thank you! I agree. Celebrity has a long way to go. Of course, I'm grateful for all they do, but as you said, crackers, buns—these should all be staples. I remember more than one cruise port where I was running around the little shops on the docks trying to find such things. That shouldn't have to happen. I especially wish they had crackers. Crackers, cheese, and wine are lovely in the afternoon. LOVE those macaroons! I also long for a completely separate gluten-free area in the buffet where the staff serves the food. While I'm not much of a buffet person, it would be nice to have a space where I know that no one has touched the food with a cross-contaminated serving utensil. (Actually, I wish the entire buffet was that way for safety.) This will be my first time on the Apex. In the past, I've always sailed S Class with an MDR and not the MDR divided out into smaller, separate dining areas. When I order for the next day, do they bring all the menus from each "MDR" restaurant? I'd like to know what's available everywhere and choose accordingly. Room service: If I'm ordering, say, a gluten-free pizza, do I need to let them know the day prior? Any tips on which gluten-free food was enjoyed the most? Thank you, thank you, thank you!
  13. Has anyone here had experience dining gluten free on the Apex?
