Thank you for your replies. The Princess transfer can drop us at the hospitality centre, but according to their customer service - they don't have anything to do with the centre . I know it was different a few years back - they stored a luggage, provided a shuttle to the airport. Wondering how it works now, will try to call the hospitality centre.

Any idea where to store luggage in Anchorage for a couple of hours after a cruise before heading to the airport? Thank you

Hello, Do you need to purchase a transfer with the Princess to use the Hospitality Center storage facility? Do they store carry-on bags only or check in as well? Is the shuttle from the center to the airport is free? I'm trying to find out how it works today. Princess representative say that they can drop us off there, but all arrangements need to be done by us. Thanks
