Thank you for all of your insights! I was able to book a tour with Viatour to take care of my needs. Yes we are going to cruise on Feb. 4th with Celebrity if anyone else is going also!

I am looking for a company who will pick up at the airport then do a city tour with drop off at our hotel. I have done this in multiple cities but can't find any recommendations on here. TIA

Do you remember how long it took to get from the port to the center of town? I do see the cruise line has a HOHO bus leaving at 8 & it seems like we should be in Florence around 9:30.

I am also looking for ideas on transfers from port to a private cooking class in Florence. Did contact 2 car services which they were very high priced. Does anyone know the price of a taxi? How easy is it to get a train from port to Florence?

Thanks for the reply! We are docking in Livorno according to the cruise itinerary. We arrive in port at 7 AM and our class is at 10 AM. meeting in Florence town center. Do you know of any service to contact for the scheduling a car pick up?

We have a cooking class scheduled in Florence in June but aren't sure how to get from the port to the class. Does anyone have a company that will pick us up at the port and drop off at the class then take us back? Or any other recommendations? Thanks!

Anyone stay at Hotel Bagues, TA booked us there? Also need to arrange private transfer from airport to hotel since this was booked outside of cruise line.

I am diamond status and was going to order the internet package for our cruise on Rhapsody in March. No where in the perks does it show this as a free item. Can someone let me know so i don't waste money on a perk that comes with the diamond status?
